Bone Grafting
What is Bone Grafting?
Missing teeth can cause your jaw bone to atrophy, or resorb, over a period of time. This can result in poor quality and quantity of suitable bone for the placement of dental implants. With bone grafting, we have the opportunity to replace not only bone where it is missing, but also the ability to promote new bone growth in that location. This provides the foundation to place implants of proper length and width as well as the opportunity to restore functionality and aesthetic appearance.
